After School Club - First Year Completed!
On Wednesday 16 July 2025 the children of Rouge Bouillion School enjoyed their final session of the first ever Jersey Bulls After School Club.
Proudly sponsored by Ogier, the 2024/25 programme has been a huge success. Pupils, staff and parents have loved having this free resource available to help children develop their technical football skills, gain confidence and build a real team spirit amongst the year group.
A fantastic year was topped off with a visit from first team Jersey Bulls FC players, Harry Curtis and Toby Ritzema, who attended the final session to hand out Certificates of Achievement and a few special awards to pupils that have shown great skill, resilience and initiative throughout the year—selected by coach Michael De Jesus and teacher PE lead at Rouge Bouillion, Andre Le Rossignol.
Andre said:
"The [after school football] club has helped to form our Y4s into a trusting community, built on the principles of respect, encouragement of others and fair play. The values and enthusiasm of our footballers has permeated the whole year-group and I believe has led to a higher degree of intrinsic motivation, self confidence and initiative in school too."
